Return & Exchange Policy

UK Buyers:

  • Item ship via DHL or Royal Mail mail and signed for. This means all purchases made online are delivered within 3-5 working days or less.

Europe Buyers:

  • The delivery time will take between 7-15 working days To Europe Other countries.

  • International shipment will be shipped via Standard International Post. Actual transit time might fluctuate. (All mail transit time stated above is best estimated but not guaranteed.)

  • Please don't worry should there be a problem if your item is delivered faulty, we will take extreme steps to rectify all problems and ask you to contact us via email immediately should any problems arise.

  • please contact me first if you can't receive the item after 20 days.

All items have a 30-Days Satisfaction Guarantee.

  • We stand behind every product we sell. If you're not pleased with your purchase, we'll be happy to make an exchange or refund the product.

  • For any exchange or refund, we need the original receipt or a record of the purchase in our system, and the product must be in its original condition, including the box, packaging, and all the accessories.

  • Customers will be responsible for the return shipment fee.

  • Please send an e-mail to let us know when you are ready to return the item. We will provide return information need you to follow it.

How to Return Your Item

Please return the item in its original packaging, you need to make sure it's packaged in a way that it doesn't get damaged.

HI-MAX UK can ask you to pay or reduce the refund amount if something gets damaged in transport because it wasn't packed properly.
